It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Catherine “Una” Nugent on November 11th, 2019. Beloved sister of Margaret Sjodin (Roland)and Finlay MacRae (Pamela). Favorite “Aunty” to Stephen (Trish), Chris, Astrid (Paul), Fraser (Mandy), Samantha, Avery (Norrie), Adrianne, Josh, Kaider, Liam, Alexa and cherished friend to many more. Una will be remembered by her family and friends as unwaveringly loyal and kind with a quiet strength and deep faith. Despite our grief we are comforted knowing that Una has been joyfully reunited with her late son, Thomas, and husband, Jim. Please join us at St Raphael's Roman Catholic Parish (4072 New Street, Burlington, ON) for a Funeral Mass on Saturday November 16, 2019 at 11 am. A reception will follow at the Parish hall.
