CLEMENS, Caroldene W. –
Passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington on Sunday June 16, 2019 at the age of 70. Predeceased by her parents Elsie Millar and Eugene Clemens. Lovingly remembered by her dear cousins and many friends. Much loved parishioner of St. Luke’s Anglican Church in Burlington. Special thank you to the doctors, nurses and support staff at Christopher Terrace and Joseph Brant Hospital for their kindness and compassion. Caroldene will be missed deeply and remembered by all for her overwhelming generosity and warm heart. As per her wishes, Visitation will be held at St. Luke’s Anglican Church (1371 Elgin Street, Burlington), on Thursday, June 20, 2019 from 1:00pm until the Funeral Service which will begin at 2:00pm. Reception to immediately follow in the Parish Hall. Private Cremation and Interment will be held at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Caroldene to St. Luke’s Anglican Church, the Hamilton General Burn Unit, or the SPCA of Hamilton/Burlington would be sincerely appreciated.
