Passed away peacefully with family by her side at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington on Friday, June 14, 2019 at the age of 86. Predeceased by her loving husband George. Loving mother of John Ayton (Carol), Mark Ayton (Joanne) and Deborah Bakti (Late Ty). Devoted grandmother of Lyndsay, Michael, Leigh, Sarah, Alexandra, Taylor and Logan and great grandmother of Finnegan and Bradlee. Special thank you to the staff at Joseph Brant Hospital. As per Carol’s wishes cremation has taken place and a Memorial Gathering is being held a SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block North of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Tuesday June 25, 2019 from 6-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Salvation Army.
