It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Brent Frieday on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at the age of 62. Brent will be deeply missed by his daughters Jennifer Frieday (Robert McLay) and Erin Frieday of Burlington; by his mother Barbara Frieday; and by his brother Barry (Barbara) Frieday of Huntsville. Brent will also be missed by his many caring friends and family.

Brent will always be remembered first as a devoted father to his two daughters, who meant the absolute world to him. Brent was actively involved and cared deeply for the Burlington community; Burlington Golf and Country Club, Nelson High School, and local restaurants. Brent loved to be outside in the summer and will always be known for his love and devotion to his lawn and garden in Roseland, in which he took deep pride in. Brent was a selfless friend and someone all of us could count on. His family and friends, many of whom grew up with him since high school, will deeply miss his charismatic attitude, lovable personality, and ability to ensure everyone had a smile on their face. Although very sudden, Brent’s family takes comfort knowing he passed doing something he loved.
