Passed away peacefully, surrounded by all her children on Monday, November 18,

Axie was predeceased by her beloved husband Jim in the spring of 2018. The Elliott family were attentive and loving to Axie and share many years of wonderful memories. I have such fond memories of Axie and admired her so much for her strength and determination to live life fully in the midst of some very big health challenges - she certainly was an inspiring survivor! And she was always appreciative of others, especially Jim who stood beside her all the way and always interested in the lives of everyone she met. Thinking of you as you honour her life and miss her presence.

To Axie's family:
Your mom crossed my mind just last week thinking about my mom's relatives. My search for your mom didn't get too far when I heard of her passing. I remember the weekends spent at your home in Burlington as a child, and all the times back at Snow Road at uncle Roy's house at the Buttermilk Falls. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Robert, Rhonda, Gerry, Cara and families,

Love and thoughts are being sent to you on the passing of a wonderful sister-in-law and aunt. She was the best for brother Jim and uncle Jim and a friend to all. Good times were had with the Elliott connection.
