Born to Thomas and Dina Rypma, Alice passed away in Joseph Brant Hospital, Burlington after a short illness and a life lived with joy. In her world, hugs from humans, and nuzzles from dogs and cats were always welcome. She leaves her four brothers, Frank (Jenny), Roy (Karen), Ted (Sandi), David (Willie) and her sister Helen Scott (the late Bob) who lovingly took over her care after the death of their mother. Her nieces and nephews, followed by her grand nieces and nephews, remember her with fondness as the aunt who was always ready to play. A private family gathering, in celebration of her life, will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Smith’s Funeral Home, Burlington
