Sadly we announce the sudden passing of Harry at the Hamilton General Hospital on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at the age of 83. Loving husband and best friend of Joan (nee Finden) for 63 years. Loving father to Robert (late Shirley) Lunn, Debbie (Peter) Siblock, Kimberley (Perry) Buckler and Thomas (Linda) Lunn. Cherished grandfather of Wesley (Kristy), Jesse (Rachel), Rebekah (Joel), Joshua (Amanda), Nathan (Jillian), Stephanie (Andrew), Katie, Kristie (Jed), Luke, Kirk, (Caitlin). Beloved great- grandfather to Summer, Logan, Madison, Alexis, Jacob, Brooklyn, Porter, Ryker, Jaden, Isabella, Monroe, Kiara and Autumn. Dear brother of John "Jack" Lunn and dear brother- in -law to Walter (Allyson) Finden. He will be missed by many extended family and friends. Harry is predeceased by his sister Jean MaCallum and by his great- grandchildren Julian and Addison. Harry had a career playing for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Ottawa Roughriders, and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 1955 while playing for Saskatchewan. He later established a career as an electrician through IBEW Local 105. But, his great love for Jehovah God moved him to serve Him willingly, and preach the Good News of the Kingdom with joy. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Wednesday, September 28 from 6-9 pm and Thursday, September 29 from 3-5 and 7-9pm. Private Family Interment Woodland Cemetery will take place on Friday, September 30. Memorial Service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses,4025 Mainway, Burlington ON L7M 2L7 on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 3 p.m.
