GOWANS, C. Margaret

Passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington on Monday, March 11, 2019 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of Ronald B. Loving mother of Ronnie A. (Sylvia) of Acton, Avril (Larry) of Ottawa, David (Margie) of Burlington. Predeceased by her son Stanley. Margaret was a happy grandmother of Joey, Nicole, Nevan, Morgan and Jarrett, and great-grandmother of Laurel. In keeping with Margaret’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Service of Remembrance will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at 1 p.m. followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
