Obituary for Nan Chen
CHEN, Nan passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, February 27th, 2019. She was surrounded by her loving family at her side. A beautiful angel had a transient taste of man’s world and flied back to heaven.
We are gathering here to share the joy and love she had brought to each one of us and the world. The memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 23rd, 2019, at 1167 Guelph Line, Burlington, ON.
We kindly ask for no donation at the time.
Our Dearest Nan,
Since the day you left us, we all miss you very very much. You brought so much love and joy to all of our lives and for that reason we will continue to miss you until we hopefully meet you again.
You were born and raised in a family full of love and care. Your Dad and Mom did not have millions but since you came to this world, they had given you everything they had with no reservation. Your husband loved you very very much too and since the day you made him a man he tried all he could to move this family ahead. And all of us are still trying our best to live our lives for ourselves and for you.
Your loved families and friends, they think about you often times too and will never forget those happy days you spent together with them.
All the wonderful doctors, nurses and care givers, they all remember you. They all remember your smile. They all miss you very much because they know how graceful you are. They feel how kind your heart is, towards people, towards life, and towards this world.
This world hasn't been fair to you. In fact often times it has been sinful and silly. But you never blamed it. You chose to embrace it with love and genuinity. It takes a lot of courage to do that and not many people of this world dared to try. You did not just try. Once you made up your mind, you gave it all. You gave everything. For that reason you deserve a better place. You deserve a better world.
Nan, we are writing this letter not to you. We are writing to ourselves. Because we don't want to pass our sorrow and pain to you anymore. You are RESTING IN PEACE now.
