Dear Stewart....saying goodbye to you was gut wrenching and I always hoped I would never have to experience. I’m older and the order should’ve been reversed. We often spoke of my reducing my hours even more...to your dismay...and laughed about me possibly needing a walking to maneuver the halls..that became a joke amongst all of us.. My almost ten years with your practice has been an adventure! So many wonderful times shared...Cindy just reminded me the other day of CD Thursday’s....staff brought in favourites...among yours, Bob Marley and Johnny Cash....”A Boy Named Sue” will never be forgotten....zany Halloween costumes worn to delight your junior patients and to also honour another colleague...you also taught me the importance of enjoying a fine white wine...where would I be without my Riesling....you created a new smile for me....I am so very grateful....Christmas dinner with an abundance of laughter and of course very fine wine...I could go on....and on! Stewart, your office was a place of trust placed in your very capable hands...you always delivered the best of dental care, with a little dash of humour, cheerful banter with Cindy and love and compassion. Your dedication to your patients was obvious. I have been blessed to have been a part of this exceptional work family. As you have now been reunited with your dear Mom, I wish you peace as you continue this journey together. I shall miss you. Dear Sandy, Sydney, Sarah, Gordon and families. My heart aches for all of you. This untimely loss will leave a great void. In the days, weeks and months ahead take refuge and draw strength from others whose love surrounds you. I pray you may find comfort and peace know Stewart is in God’s unending care. My sincerest condolences and love, Sue May all of us whose lives he touched remember his gentle soul, kind demeanour and infectious smile. RIP Stewart❤️
