LOVELL, John Davidson -

Passed away unexpectedly at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the age of 62. Devoted son of Anna Lovell and the late John Lovell (2011). Caring father of Nathan, Shaun and Alena (Tim). Doting grandfather of Knox and Levi. Cherished brother of Joanne and Karen (Victoria). Loving uncle of Sandy, Scott, Jack and Katie. John will also be fondly remembered by the rest of his close family, friends and colleagues. A graduate of McMaster University, John marked many amazing professional accomplishments from CEO of Niagara Housing to entrepreneur, starting his own business, and most recently housing manager for OWN Housing Co-op. Private Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Gathering will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON, 905-632-3333, on John’s birthday, Thursday, January 18, 2018, from 5-8pm with Tributes at 7:30pm. If desired, donations in his memory to Joseph Brant Hospital or Canadian Health Recovery Centre would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
