Berendt, Julie Marie

Passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital, on April 19, 2017, at the age of 50. Beloved wife of Ted Chuckmala, devoted mother to Dean and Ava. Cherished daughter of Wally Berendt and the late Rose Berendt. Dear sister to Katherine Berendt (Gary Ostoich) and Chris Berendt (Kathleen Irish).

Julie touched all those that met with her with her smile and caring personality but she was happiest when she was with her family, especially her two children. The world has lost a beautiful soul.
