It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Erna at her home on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at the age of 87 years. Loved wife of Jakob for 62 years. Cherished mother of Brigitte (Rob), Mary-Ann (Doug) and Helga. Beloved Grandmother (affectionately known as Oma) of Kyle, Amanda (Randy), Krystal and Jordana (Raffaele). Great-grandmother of Avery, Kaydence and Illya. Predeceased by her son Manfred. Remaining to cherish Erna's memory are sisters and an extended family network in Austria and Germany. Erna's love and devotion to her family will be deeply missed and she is fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
