Obituary for Annette Smith

Annette  Smith
SMITH, Annette

Peacefully at the Carpenter Hospice on September 1, 2012 in her 68th year. Loving mother of Stuart, Ian and Brett. Proud nana of Robert, Liam, Dayna, Caitlin and Bradley. She leaves behind her father, Vivian Gass (Barbara), her mother, Margaret Blacow (Ernie) and her brother, John Gass. She is survived by daughter-in-laws Jennifer, Audrey, Jeanette, and Leslie-Anne. She will be missed by her former husband and friend, Roger. Special thanks to Carpenter Hospice and Juravinski Cancer Centre for their care and compassion. Memorial visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Thursday, September 6, 2012 from 3-5 p.m. If desired, as an expression of sympathy, donations made to The Carpenter Hospice or to Juravinski Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated by the family.
