Passed away peacefully surrounded by family at home in Hamilton, on Friday, February 8, 2019, at the age of 59. Predeceased by his parents Dr. and Mrs. Clifford Taylor. Cherished brother of Liz (Barry), Catherine (Paul) and Mike. Loving uncle of Nick, Conor, Taylor and John-Paul. He will be deeply missed by his family-by-choice and loves of his life Chantel, David and Monica. The family would like to extend their appreciation and thanks to Carolina of St. Joseph’s Life Care for her compassion, kindness and care and the entire Palliative Care Team.


Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Tuesday, February 12 from 5 - 8 p.m. A Service of Remembrance will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, February 13 at1 p.m. For those who wish, donations in memory of Chris to Hamilton Health Sciences would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
