Condolences

Condolence From: Lisa McDonald
Condolence: I am in shock. Mike and I were friends since I was 14. We met while he was the kraft salesman for Guscotts. Mike was one of the healthiest people I know. He ran the Bruce all the time. He will be truly missed. My heart breaks

Condolence From: Rob and Anne Decleir
Condolence: Our deepest sympathies to Diane and the family. We've known Mike since 1985 and everyday was a pleasure to work with him. During my 27 years at Kraft, I worked directly with Mike for 20 of those years. He was full of passion for the industry and very well respected by customers and co-workers. Mike always had a smile, great sense of humour and was a very positive leader. He was an unforgettable mentor, a good friend sharing many good times. We heard the news just 2 days ago when we returned home and we truly regret missing the visitation and funeral mass. Thinking of you, Diane. He is gone but will never be forgotten...will think of you often. Rest in peace MD,
Rob and Anne Decleir

Condolence From: Larysa Ihnatowycz
Condolence: My deepest condolences to the Downey family.
I knew Mike through the foodservice industry. He was a true gem of a person - I will never forget the warmth his smile brought me whenever we would meet and share stories about the silly antics of our Berners. I have to believe that Mike is now once again enjoying long walks with his faithful furry friends.
Wishing the family peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead, and loving memories to forever hold in your heart.

Condolence: Diane and family, shocked and sad here in London to hear of Mike's passing. Such a upbeat guy in all that he did. Honoured to have helped with his training, upon joining Kraft. His personality was truly magnetic, I will always treasure having known Mike. Heaven has gained a truly remarkable man, and true angel. Let us all treasure our memories of Mike. Rest in peace Mike, till we all meet again.
