Passed away quietly with family at her side on Friday, February 15, 2019 at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Herbert Patterson. Left to grieve her loss are neice Elaine Vye, along with great nieces Leianne Vye -Rogers (Greg) and Nancy Vye-Brady (Randall), two brothers-in-law Nelson (Marilyn), Max (Carolyn), sister-in-law Gwen MacKenzie and many other generations of nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 1:00pm. Reception to follow. For those who wish, donations in memory of Della can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of choice.
