Passed away in Hamilton, on Sunday, January 27, 2019, at the age of 51. Loving father of Jessica and Josh. Cherished son of Christine Penman (David Free) and the late Gerald Gordon Penman (Anita). Dear brother of Laurie Dubien (John) and Julie Janzen (Jeff). Step- brother of Tami Boulton (Keith), Michelle Free, late Kelly Free, Pat O'Banion and Andy O'Banion. Blake will also be missed by his many nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Sunday, February 3, 2019 from 5-8pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, February 4, 2019 at 10:30am. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Blake to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
