Passed away suddenly at his home, on November 21, 2018, at the age of 59. Loving partner of Valerie Shepherd. Proud father of Matthew and Andrew Horscroft. Dear brother of Marilyn. Paul will be greatly missed by his extended family here and in the UK, as well as his many great friends, particularly Wayne Westwell, Guy Holt, his Pius X classmates and the team at Oakville Hydro where he spent 30 years as a lineman.
