Condolence: I just recently received news of Dr. D's passing as i was out of town and i am heartbroken. I first met Dr. Dziurdzy in 1986 when no one else was able to help me and he was,( panic disorder was something most had not dealt with or understood but he did) something i will always be so grateful to him for. I had regular visit with him for many years and can honestly say i enjoyed every appointment, never disappointed, and always came away feeling good about myself. He always had a good sense of humour and i enjoyed the bantering we often engaged in. If it wasn't for Dr.D i really don't know where i would be today. I had fewer visits over the pass few years but he was never far from my thoughts. I will miss him deeply. My sincere condolences to his family and friends and the Health Care Community has lost a wonderful Man and Doctor. Rest in Peace my Friend!

Condolence: I've only just today learned of Dr. Dziurdzy's passing. I became a patient of his at one of the darkest moments in my life. He spent many years looking after me as a patient, helping me to now the brightest moments of my life. I will be forever grateful for the many smiles he was able to put on my face.(of course the kit kat to my little one for waiting so patiently will always be remembered too)
Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. Dr. Dziurdzy was a good man and will always have a place in my heart. May he rest in peace.

Condolence: I only learned today of Stan's sudden passing. I had the pleasure of working as a Nurse with Dr.Dziurdzy. He always wanted only the best for his patients, and his sense of humour was such fun! He will be dearly remembered and greatly missed.

Condolence: When I first saw Dr. D in 1986 he gave me back my life. I was suffering from agoraphobia and my world was getting smaller and smaller. Travel was out of the question. Once on the correct meds my world opened up. Every time I travelled I sent him a postcard because he was the reason I was able to fly. I saw him once a year for a check up. He always spoke with pride about his daughter, Lara, and always had her photo on his desk. He was so good at what he did and made a huge difference in so many lives. He will be missed.

You will be surely missed!
You were my Doctor for 5 years. Dealing with bipolar disorder has been a struggle. You were a very gifted specialist in being able to just look at me and have a real good idea of my condition with saying few words..Perscribing many different medications to secure and make me level..
I knew when I first met him...this man who will as surely in his late 70’s or early 80’s loved and had passsion in what he practiced! Hope I can find another like you.

Condolence: I am deeply saddened by the passing of Dr. Dziurdzy. For 20 years he listened and kept me well. He was a brilliant doctor and a pretty cool, no nonsense guy. I feel blessed to have had both he and his family touch my life. I trusted, admired, and couldn’t help but to love him. As I write this I am reminded I owed him several boxes of Kleenex. May he Rest In Peace.

Condolence: Dr. D was my specialist for 21 years. He was also a close friend that I trusted with my life because he saved my life so many times along the way.

I'm blessed to have had Dr. D as my doctor. He educated me about my illness and always got me the meds I needed to get back on track. He gave me hope when I had none.

RIP Dr D. My family and I are eternally thankful.
