Djordjevic, Efimija "Effi"

Passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital, on August 8, 2018, in her 82nd year, with her loving son Nik by her side. Beloved wife of the late Stanimir "Stan" (2008). Loving mother of Nik and his wife DeeAnn, Mira and her husband Klaus and predeceased by her son Lazar (1971). Baba to Daniela and Vili (Nadine) and Prababa to Dennis and Pablo. Effi is survived by her siblings Dimitrije and Danica and their families. She will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and grand-dog Riley. Special thank you to all the doctors and nurses who provided comfort and care to mom over the last several years.

Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Sunday, August 19, 2018 from 3 - 6p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 10:30a.m. Interment Burlington Memorial Gardens. Reception to follow at the Funeral Home. For those who wish, donations in memory of Effi to the Burlington Humane Society or the St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
