Obituary for Ivan Turcic
Passed away at St. Peter's Hospital, on Saturday, July 14, 2018, in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Katarina (nee Zegman). Loved father Daniel Turcic and David Turcic (Anne). Cherished grandfather of Justin (Jalissa), Brandan and Luke and great-grandfather of Jadon. Dear brother of Josip Turcic (Dragica), Stephan Turcic (Katica), Vlado Turcic (Vlasta), Bozo Turcic (Barica) and the late Stanko Turcic (Katica). Ivan will also be missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends in Croatia and Canada. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 454 Highway #8 (east of Millen Road) STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222) on Thursday, July 19, 2018, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, 934 Highway #8, Winona, on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
