Obituary for Jerzy Zbigniew Ozog
Passed away at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington on Sunday, July 8, 2018 in his 91st year. He will be greatly missed by the love of his life Maria (nee Janasiak), to whom he was married for over 65 years. Loving father of Barbara (Werner) Kildau and Edward Ozog (Mark Disero). Beloved dziadek of Nicole (Anthony) Bruneau and Alicia Kildau, and proud pradziadek of the best 90th birthday gift ever, Aurora Rose. He touched thousands of lives during his time as a lecturer at Huddersfield Technical College UK and McMaster University’s Chemistry department and as past president of the Polish National Union Canada Branch 17. He will be greatly missed
Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Tuesday, July 10 from 6 -8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Gabriel Roman Catholic Church (2261 Parkway Dr, Burlington) at 10 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations to the Canadian Coalition for Seniors’ Mental Health would be sincerely appreciated by the family. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Joseph Brant Hospital ICU for their exemplary care.
