Message: Fond memories of sharing a cup of tea and seeing the beautiful garden each time I drove by. I was always amazed at how Maria could still keep up with all the work but she would not have it any other way.

You were always keen to understand nature and world events (you read The Economist more than many of us!). It was always interesting to listen to your stories, and advice. I enjoyed those conversations. Thank you for your example of resilience, you have lived trough so many challenges with courage and aplomb. I, and so many others, will miss you, and will remember you.
