OOSTEROM, Joan Grace (nee Houston)

Passed away peacefully surrounded by family at The Carpenter Hospice in Burlington, on Sunday April 29, 2018 at the age of 77. Predeceased by loving husband John (2009). Devoted mother of Krista Oosterom (Froi Dantes), Jill Dey (David), and Holly Tkaczyk (Stephen). Cherished grandmother of Nathan and Daniel Dey, and Aiden, Sarah and Ava Tkaczyk. Dear sister of Nancy Boccongelle (Mike), Patricia Houston and Jim Houston (Susan). Joan will also be dearly missed by Erica Wilson and Michelle Shaw, and many other extended family and friends. Private Cremation has taken place. If desired, donations in Joan’s memory to The Carpenter Hospice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
