Condolences

Condolence From: Bill Glover & family
Condolence: Ken and Lesarge family, please accept our sympathies. When Gerry's younger brother Ken and I were in school in Blind River, Gerry was already working in Elliot Lake. Gerry parents were great people. His dad was always smiling and joking. I remember one Saturday afternoon following a cowboy show with a lynching in the movie. The neighbourhood kids hung one of the kids up with a rope in the Lesarge garage, kicked out the chair he was standing on, then all ran away when the kid turned blue. Mrs. Lesarge came to the rescue and cut the kid down just in time.

Condolence: Dear Marg & Lesarge Family: I went to school with Gerry & Marg's daughter Mary Ann. I have so many fond memories spent with the Lesarge family in Elliot Lake. Gerry will be sadly missed. He possessed a great sense of humour and was one of the most kind-hearted people I have ever known. His legacy continues in each of his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. My deepest sympathy to Marg and the entire Lesarge family. Love, Christy Ann Irving

Condolence From: Denver
Condolence: I have wonderful childhood memories with Papa at the cottage he built. I always felt like his “chum” with rides on his ski-doo, atv and boat, fishing trips, bond fires, and of course visits to Dairy Queen. I would be thrilled if my own kids got to experience half of what we did at the cottage with you and Nana (maybe minus the scary stories about the Lugaroo!). No one will ever be able to top the taste of your wild caught pan fried fish. Thank you Papa…you will be truly missed.
