Condolences

Condolence From: Rebecca Reed
Condolence: Sharon was a memorable and important part of my childhood. She taught me a lot about convictions and determination and confidence to speak your mind. I remember how she was also able to, in the end, have a laugh at herself, and how her firmly held ideas could easily dissolve into giggles.

Condolence From: Ann Leon
Condolence: I am the oldest of the "Reed kids" who lived up the street from Sharon and the gang from Horizon House. She was a fixture on our front porch, and was always interested in and had an opinion on the comings and goings of our busy house. She was a real character and I'll always remember her spirit.

Condolence From: Ray Reed
Condolence: For many years, Sharon, Fred,'Small Paul' and their gang of characters lived at 18/ 20 Hatt St in Dundas. How many early evenings did they sit on our porch, with Fred's guitar in hand, to tell our eleven kids and Vicky and me just what was right and wrong with the world. They were wonderful ambassadors for 'Horizon House'.
When 'Shorn' schooled the children about some injustice or whatever, she had an audience that was transfixed by her passion and concern. She has left a mark!!!
