I am deeply saddened by the news of Mary's passing. I knew her best through my childhood as a family friend. Our families are well connected in many ways. I admired her for her ability to speak more than one language. She was generous with her help in my own quest to learn French. Even though we are a wide distance apart, my heart is with you. Love and hugs from across the country.
