Condolence: I was very saddened to hear of Don's passing. Chief Don Reid was my Platoon Chief when I began my career at the Burlington Fire Department. He was a positive role model for everyone and truly, a good guy.

Condolence: With great sadness we learned of the passing of Don.
Don and Verna are Godparents to our Daughter Jennifer.
After joining Burlington Fire Department in 1968, we became great friends with Don, Verna, Steve, Shawn and Nancy. We had shared many great times together, fishing in Arden, travelling from Newfoundland to Vancouver with our trailers, crossing country skiing and just having fun together.
Our condolences go out to the whole Reid Family.
Sorry we can't be with you at this sad time.
Verna stay strong and we are thinking of you.
