Obituary for Peter Justin Dwyer

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Peter Justin Dwyer on January 28, 2018 in his 91st year. Beloved husband of 60 years to Gwenyth. Cherished father of Kathleen (predeceased), Brian (Sandra), Allan (Asuka), Donald (Mandy), and Timothy (Anushka). Adored grandfather of Kathrine, Meredyth, Madeline, Autumn, Ava, Harry, Nami, Ruby, Lina, and Eden. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews.
Peter's career spanned 30 years as a dedicated instructor at Dawson College in Montreal, Humber College and Sheridan College. A loyal member of the Knights of Columbus for many years. His retirement was devoted to helping others by visiting the elderly. Many thanks to Dr. Harpal Singh and the caring staff at The Brant Centre.
Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Friday from 7 - 9pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Gabriel Roman Catholic Church, 2261 Parkway Drive, Burlington on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 11a.m. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Chartwell Brant Centre, Burlington.
