Passed away peacefully after a wonderfully well-lived life, at Willowgrove Nursing Home on January 2, 2018 at the age of 105. Predeceased by her beloved husband Solferino in 1983. Loving mother of Mario (Maurine) and the late Joseph (survived by Carol). Cherished grandmother of Jeanette, Danny (Linda), Roger (Jen), Matthew and the late Larry (1998). Proud great-grandmother of Lauren and Noah. Predeceased by her siblings Gabriel DeSantis and Elmerinda Dortenzio as well as her siblings in Italy. Loretta worked many years as a professional cook at Visca in Hamilton and was a dedicated member of St. Anthony's Parish. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Anthony's Parish would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
