ROBERTS, Philomena Anne Laird "Palm" (nee Murphy) 1928-2017
Sadly we announce the passing of Palm at the Joseph Brant Hospital, Burlington on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Roger Roberts and to the late Aldo Pezzini and dear friend of the late Hank Van Cleef. Loving mother of Laura (Ray), Carol (Dan), Diane, Adele (Wilf), Lorna, Adrian and Christopher. Cherished grandmother of Paul, Susan, Amy, Katie, Brian, Evan, Joseph, Genny, Maria, Patrick, and Tyler. Dear sister of the late William and of the late Mae of Scotland. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 3-6 pm and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. John the Baptist, 2016 Blairholm Drive, Burlington on Thursday, December 14 at 10:30 am . For those who wish, donations in memory of Palm may be made to the Halton Down Syndrome Association (www.haltondownsyndrome.com).
