Peacefully, on October 28, 2017 at Juravinski Hospital, after a life well lived for almost 92 years. Predeceased by her parents Alex and Eleanor Cote. Beloved wife of the late Robert John Ouellette (April, 2000). Loving mother of Wayne Ouellette (Heather), Glen Ouellette (Donna) and Susan Marshall (Richard). Cherished grandmother of Michael (Kim), Sharon (December, 1997), Andrea (Aaron), Shawn (Tiffany), Steven (Amy), Marc (Kathryn) and Lauren (Adam). Proud great grandmother of Ethan, Charlie, Sophie, Hannah, Thomas, Olive, Theo, Edith, Emilie, Greyson and Isabelle. Gerry is survived by her siblings Connie (Joe), Joan (Leo), Pat, Bob (Helen), Bernard (Bea) and sister-in-law Stella. Predeceased by siblings George, Mac, Alice, Bernadette and Glen. She will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. As per Gerry’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Urn interment will take place at Burlington Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 2p.m. Please join us for a celebration of her life at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), following the urn interment from 3-6p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in Gerry’s memory are asked to please consider the Good Shepherd.
