It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Elizabeth Ada Arthur after a brief battle with cancer at Joseph Brant Hospital on Friday, October 27, 2017. Elizabeth is predeceased by her husband John Warren Arthur. Beloved mother to Kelly (Rolfe) Berger and Roy (Daphne) Arthur. Cherished grandmother to Christopher (Sandy), Ryan and Leighanna. Mom touched many people’s lives with her love and kindness. A heartfelt thanks to Evelyn and Jim Young. Our mother and family have been truly blessed. Your love and care of our mother over the years has made you family to us. Especially Sam and Jake who brought many years of happiness and joy to our mother’s life. Thank you as well to Dr. Garland, Dorothy, and the nurses and staff of Joseph Brant Hospital, 6 south, 200 wing, for all of your care and support for our mother through this difficult time. Hers was a sudden and quick fight with cancer. We ask in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Alzheimer’s Association or Joseph Brant Hospital.
