Condolence: Martha and Family, my sincere apologies for not attending Joel's Memorial Service. I just found out about his passing. Joel was truly an inspiration to me when I first met him as a young police officer assigned to Grimsby in the mid 80's. Joel was a true gentleman and a great family man. I was always happy to call him my friend. Rest in peace Joel.

Condolence: Martha and family our sincerest condolences, we just found out today of Joel's passing. Joel was such a dear friend to us, we have great memories of him when he was a police officer in Beamsville when we were young. We will always remember that infectious smile that he had.
