Condolences

Condolence From: Wilf Phillips
Condolence: Mr. Richardson, you were a special teacher and coach who made a difference in many lives, including mine. You made Waterdown High School a better place: by connecting with people, by constantly giving your best, by respecting the others there, and by demanding more from those people you knew had more to give. Although I didn't realize it until I tried to write this note today, you were the teacher and coach I tried to become.

Condolence: We are so sorry for your loss. It was always a pleasure when we would meet up, most recently @ Tim Horton's in Waterford. Always interesting to talk with & share concerns. My Mom Marion also sends her condolences, I knew Bob from when I came to Waterford in the late forties to teach. Remembering you in our thoughts & prayers. James, MaryAnn MacGowan Marion MacGowan

Condolence From: Barbara Thornton (nee Jones)
Condolence: Mr. Richardson taught me history at Waterdown High and inspired me to love history to the degree that I took a four year honours history degree at Western. I moved to Ancaster High School in Grade 12 and met up with him at both school reunions years later. I also retired as a school principal. He was a lovely man and someone that I have never forgotten. You made a difference in people's lives, Mr. Richardson.

Condolence: It has been many years since we last met..I remember that conversation well.I neglected to tell you what you had done for me and I should have, instead I told you what I had become, accomplished and achieved, I could see that you enjoyed my prideful comments..Now is to late but for others to see...urDuring my tumultuous years as a teenager and in high school you were my only hero.. the only teacher that I worked hard not to disappoint...I wish I could have spent more time as your friend..RIP you have earned a special place in Heaven... thank you..
