Obituary for Jack Dennis Jackson

Passed away peacefully with his family by his side, at home on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Yvonne for 31 years. Loved stepfather of Rob Fader (Kim) and Cristine Fader (Renee). Loved father of Sherry (Rod), Gerry (Sam), Jack (Karen), Bonnie (Dan), Robbie and Paula. Cherished grandfather and great-grandfather of many. Dear brother of Terry, Tom, Doug and Deenie. Jack was a dedicated Toronto Maple Leaf's fan. He was very well loved, and will be deeply missed by all. As per Jack's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family celebration will be held. Interment Queen's Lawn Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to Ontario Lung Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
