Passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late John Pietrowski (2005). Loving mother of Roman and Jerry (Helen). Proud grandmother of Vicky Laurenssen (Chris) and great grandmother of Lacy and Jovie. She will be missed by her nieces, Myrianne Lorincz (Gyula), Jackie Drozdowski and Linda Drozdowski. She is predeceased by her siblings Olga and John. Veronica will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Sunday, June 25, 2017 from 3-5 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, June 26, 2017 at 1:00 pm. Interment Woodland Cemetery and reception to follow.
