It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our Mom at the Niagara Health System - St. Catharines Site on June 6th, 2017 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of 56 years of Bozidar (2009), Mom will be forever loved by daughter Teresa (Jim) and son Stan. Mom’s big heart, spirit and love of life will be missed by the many whose lives she touched. A special thank you to Dr. Danny Lagrotteria and the Hemodialysis Unit at the St. Catharines Site. Dr. Lagrotteria together with the outstanding team of nurses, circle of functional professionals and support staff provided Mom with a tremendous level care for the past 2½ years affording her a heightened quality of life through to the end. Cremation has taken place. Please join us in remembering and honouring Mom; visitation will be held at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755) on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, from 7-9 p.m. and on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, from 12 noon until time of Celebration of Life at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider either a donation to the Kidney Care Program (Niagara Health System) or to McNally House Hospice (Grimsby).
