Condolence: Stephen and I connected with Paula and Sam through our children and schools. We found we wanted to be better because of knowing Sam. Sam's involvement in the ward and area inspired us. In the Cancer Clinic this winter we reconnected. We observed the same dignity, warmth, curiosity and intelligence in Sam as always. He remains in our hearts a prince among men.
