Peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Rowe (2000). Loving mother of Lesley Roach and her husband John. Predeceased by her son Douglas (2013). Cherished grandmother of Douglas Jr., Frederick, Tara and Reba. Lily will be dearly missed by her extended family and friends.
