BRODIE, Shirley

Peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, on Monday, February 20, 2017, in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late John. Loving mother of Steve (Julie Savage), Gary (Nellie), Paul (Marg), Glenn (Judy), and Lori (Jeff Childerhose). Cherished Nan of Kelly Collver (Dean), Jason (Kim), Shawn (Andrea), Josh, Ryan, Tiffaney (Tom Bakowsky), Adam (Sabrina), Aaron (Catherine Landreville) and proud 'G.G' of 14 great-grandchildren. Much loved sister of Audrey Wright (the late Dave) and Norm Raycraft (Sharon). Predeceased by her brother Bill and sister Margaret. Shirley will be sadly missed by her extended family and many friends. As per Shirley's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Shirley's Life will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Sunday, February 26 from 3-5 p.m. For those who wish, donations in memory of Shirley to The Lung Association would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
