Passed away at Joseph Brant Hospital, on December 8, 2016, at the age of 82. Devoted wife to the late Edward John McNally. Loving mother to Denise Mueller (the late Craig) and Lisa McNally. Cherished grandmother to William Mueller, Samantha Loiseau and Jessica Loiseau.
Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Thursday from 3 - 5 and 7 - 9p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 1 p.m. Interment Holy Sephulchre Cemetery. For those who wish, donations in memory of Pat to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
