Nancy Dianne  Robinson (McIntyre)
Nancy Robinson of Burlington, passed away peacefully in her 84th year, on December 3, 2016 at Freeport Hospital, Kitchener, after a brief battle with cancer. Nancy is predeceased by her husband Ron Robinson, her parents Ida and William, and her brother Peter McIntyre. Nancy is survived by her five children; John and his wife Dianne of Whistler, Debbie Wood and her husband Paul of Parry Sound, Sue Marshall and her husband Chris of Calgary, Wendy Roberts and her husband Richard of Ayr, and David and his wife Lisa of Burlington. She will always be remembered by her grandchildren; Kristal, Lisa, Candice, Travis, Lauren, D’Arcy, Tyler, Kyle, Emma, and Mitchell. She will also be lovingly missed by her great grandchildren Brauhymn, James, Brooklyn, London, and Seth. She is also survived by sisters-in-law Norma, Sue, Ginny and Jackie. Nancy has been a long time resident of Burlington and an active member at Compass Point Church, as well as having volunteered 35 years with the local Heart and Stroke and The Red Cross.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Compass Point Bible Church (1500 Kerns Rd., Burlington) at 2 p.m. There will be a private family interment. The family would like to extend a special heartfelt thanks to the staff at both Cambridge Memorial Hospital and the Freeport Hospital in Kitchener. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice and will be appreciated by the family.
