Passed away at his home in Stoney Creek, in his daughter's arms, on Saturday, December 3, 2016, in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of the late Janina. Loved father of Judy Malecki (the late Ted). Cherished Dziadzi of Eva Malecki-Ivetac and her husband Ed and Pra Dziadzi of Nicholas and Justin. Dear brother of Marian Metera. Predeceased by his sisters Kay and Stephanie and brothers Ted and Stan. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 454 Highway #8 (east of Millen Road) STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222) on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. Rosary Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Polish Church, St. Ann Street and Barton Street East, Hamilton, on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to St. Stanislaus Church would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
