Obituary for Clinton Joseph Cox

COX, Clinton,Joseph
(Jan 9, 1971 - Oct 17,2016)

Unexpectedly on Monday, Oct 17, 2016 at the age of 45. Beloved son of Jim and Marlene (Bruno). Loving brother to Sloane (Mark Munshaw). Cherished and beloved uncle of Lincoln Munshaw. Predeceased by his brother Christopher Ashley (1966). He leaves behind his aunt Nadene (Jim Yarmon), Gail (Bob Deere), Donna (Mike Ashbee) and Uncle Doug Cox (Diane) and his nine cousins. He also leaves behind his step grandmother Gwen Hall. He will be dearly missed by his loving companion Colleen Krasic and her children Molly and Lunden. His best buddy Max will never be the same and of course his beloved black cat, Goofy.

Clinton was a self-taught guitar player. He was passionate about all things "Rush" and loved the Toronto Maple Leafs (still waiting for a Stanley Cup). He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. His gentle and kind soul is only surpassed by his bright eyes and magnetic smile. He was eagerly awaiting his graduation from Mohawk College - a milestone he worked hard to achieve. As per Clinton's wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at St. Raphael's Roman Catholic Church, 4072 New Street, Burlington, on Monday October 24, 2016 at 10:30am until the Funeral Mass at 11:30am. Please honour Clinton's memory by donating to the Canadian Diabetes Association.

“Time stands still. Freeze this moment. A little bit longer. Make each sensation. A little bit stronger.” Lyrics by Rush
