Passed away at home peacefully on June 28, 2016, at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Lucy. Loving father of Paul (Lisa) Osika, Sheri (Ric) Jensen, and Robin (Paul) Patinios. Devoted grandfather of Tristan, Grace, Zach, Zoe, Capri, and Lia. He will be missed by his brothers, and sister and many friends and family across Canada.
Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Sunday, July 3, 2016 from 3 - 5 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held in the days following. For those who wish, donations in memory of Ed to the Good Shepherd Hamilton would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
