Smith, David Wayne

Surrounded by his loving family at The Carpenter Hospice, Burlington, on Wednesday, February 10, 2016, at the age of 60. Beloved husband and best friend of Sandi. Cherished father of Heather (James Turner), Ashley, and Emma (Jesse Black). Visitation at ST. CHRISTOPHER'S ANGLICAN CHURCH, 662 Guelph Line, Burlington, on Monday, February 15, 2016 from 10 am until time of Funeral Service at 11 am. Reception to follow in the Great Hall. For those who wish, donations in memory of Dave to The Carpenter Hospice, Juravinski Hospital - Hematology Unit, or St. Christopher's Anglican Church would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
