Obituary for Georgina Gladys Stone (Nina)

STONE, Georgina Gladys “Nina”
Peacefully, with her husband by her side at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hamilton on Monday, February 8, 2016 at the age of 71. Beloved wife of Edward “Ted” Stone. Loving mother of Paul (Marcy), David (Naomi) and Philip (Cherrie). Cherished grandmother of Jessica, Jordan, Geoffrey and Sarah. Nina will be dearly missed by her brother- in-law Dave Stone (Marilyn) and sister-in-law Gill Newton. She will be fondly remembered by her many friends and extended family in Wales. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Friday, February 12, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9p.m. Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Nina are asked to please consider the Juravinksi Cancer Centre.
