Obituary for Kurt Paul Rinne
Peacefully and surrounded by loving family at Hamilton General Hospital, on Thursday, January 28, 2016, in his 86th year. Beloved husband of 64 years to Ria and father of the late Ulrich (1951-1990), Ralph (Beverley) and Bob (Annie). Cherished Opa of Ria, Royce, Adam, Ursula and Tomasz. He will be dearly missed by family in Germany and Australia. Kurt was a hardworking employee of INCO in Sudbury for 36 years until moving to Hamilton. He was an avid sports and hockey fan and enjoyed taking his family on various road trips and picnics. As per Kurt's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held. Special thanks to the caring nurses and Dr. Andrew Kapoor on 8 West Ward at Hamilton General for their kind attention to Kurt's comfort. If desired, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
